1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Blue Wizard Plumbing voice assistant service and scheduling system (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Blue Wizard Plumbing provides an AI-powered voice assistant that allows customers to:

  • Schedule plumbing service appointments via phone call
  • Receive appointment confirmations
  • Automatically sync appointments to Google Calendar
  • Access 24/7 scheduling assistance

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling appointments
  • Maintain a valid phone number for contact purposes
  • Be present at the scheduled time for service appointments
  • Provide safe and legal access to the service location
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling:

Appointments are subject to availability. While our voice assistant will confirm your appointment, final confirmation is subject to technician availability.

Cancellations:

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule appointments by calling our voice assistant. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of work unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified. Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed before service is performed.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent service, Blue Wizard Plumbing:

  • Does not guarantee specific arrival times, only time windows
  • May need to reschedule due to emergency calls or unforeseen circumstances
  • Reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions
  • Cannot guarantee that the voice assistant will be available 100% of the time due to technical issues

7. Voice Assistant and Recording

Calls to our voice assistant may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and service improvement purposes. By using the Service, you consent to such recording. For more information about how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Google Calendar Integration

When you schedule an appointment, you may receive a Google Calendar invitation. By accepting this invitation, you acknowledge that Google's terms of service and privacy policy apply to the use of Google Calendar.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Wizard Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
